Run Sc with normal user no administrator in Vista

If the user conectec in the PC is a normal user, no adnministrator, when clic over SC Icon Vista Ask for the administrator password.

How can I solve this without give the user the password?

nitros software is NOT GPL ... be careful ... he wants money for it if you use it for commercial use ...
