I'm interested in the NAT-2-NAT facility as described on the website. However, clicking on either file to download simply returns to the homepage. Also, I can find nowhere where NH2.exe is available.
What is the status of NAT2NAT - is it still available? If so, where?

NAT-2-NAT was an experiment that has essentially been dropped due to performance and/or other issues. There may be something else in the pipeline, but no ETAs or other details as yet.
