The Plugin could not be loaded. Please check its integrity.
There was a topic about this error a while back, but it didn't seem to get resolved really.
I'm trying to use the AESV2 DSM plugin with Vista 64-bit running 1.0.5.3. The server works fine without any plugin. I've got the AESV2Plugin.dsm file and a valid AESV2 key file in the main program directory.
In the server admin options I check "Use:", select AESV2Plugin.dsm, but when I click the "Config." button it throws this error: "The Plugin could not be loaded. Please check its integrity."
Has anybody successfully used the AESV2 DSM plugin with Vista 64-bit?

I have ultravnc 1.0.8.0 x64 that comes with SecureVNC plugin. But i can't connect to client that are using AESv3/v2 plugin. Viewer remain in "Negotiate protocol version".
What can i do? I have 200+ installation, i can't migrate all computer to SecureVNC.
Thanks for help.
Re: The Plugin could not be loaded. Please check its integri
Montag,
The question is how you set your server and how you set your viewer. Can you make a screenshot of both and show us how you set those?
Thanks,
Cobra

Server: Nothing special. Mslogon and aesv2/3 plugin enabled with custom key (generated from aesv2 plugin).Cobra wrote:Montag,

Viewer: "quick options" set to "auto". Can't select AESv3Plugin because is 32bit (The Plugin could not be loaded. Please check its integrity).
With 32bit version of vnc, everything is ok with aesv3 plugin, but i can't connect to server using securevnc.

- vncviewer, use any quick option except Auto (not stable until 1.0.8.1)
- aesv2 was never worked on vista except when running vncviewer as compatibility mode for xp
right click on vncviewer.... left click Properties.... tab Compatibility
--- Compatibility mode ---
[x] Run this program in compatibility mode for: (enabled)
select the OS and Service Pack if applicable.
--- Privilege Level ---
[x] Run this program as an administrator (enabled)
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
OS Win: xp home + vista business + 7 home

Aesv2 is actually used only on server xp-based.redge wrote:

For the viewer, i have tried those settings without result.
I think the only solution is find an aesv3 64bit (where?) or install vnc viewer 32bit (in a 64 bit os... not a great solution)

Montag,
Perhaps I don't get it right, but don't you use the plugin SecureVNCPlugin64.dsm, which is the newest one for AES?
SecureVNC DSM Plugin
Adam has written this for x64 and Windows XP, Vista & 7. Have you already tried to use this plugin in your setup?

I can't change vnc server installation (win xp + aesv2 on old installation, v3 on new).Cobra wrote:Montag,

Viewer is x64 1.0.8.0 running on windows seven 64bit, aesv3 won't load, securevnc don't connect.

Hi Montag,
Let's recapitulate: you got two different servers, one has Windows XP with AESv2 and another one has Windows XP with AESv3? Do those servers have 32- or 64 bit Windows installed?
And to the clients - you're talking about 200+ - what Windows do they have installed - Windows 64-bit?
Did you already give it a try with starting the 32-bit application of UltraVNC on a 64-bit system? What was the outcome?
Thanks for your clarifications!

Only the viewer is 64 bit os. VNC Viewer 32bit is ok. VNC viewer 64bit has problem.
I prefer use 64bit Viewer, but i cant because plugin won't load.
Thanks for help!
Re: The Plugin could not be loaded. Please check its integri
montag, you need to update your winvnc x64 and vncviewer x64 to 1.0.8.1
there a bug of manifest file on old version.
