Hello
I want to create a service so that I can take over users out on the internet (behind firewalls). I've created a sc-exe file that I put on a PC out on the Internet. the user connects when they want help and the port 5900 is routed in the firewall to a server that has vnc repeater installed.
from my pc I want to get in contact with the PC "out there" to take over and give support. and connect with the option proxy/repeater.
I cant't get this to work. I see that the repeater logs my attempt to log on to the server but not the pc in the other end that has sc installed.
I'm I thinking wrong here, is this possible? is there a better way to do this?
My main goal is to take control over PCs that are located behind a firewall.

Re: single click helpdesk for users on the internet
Thats what i thought....
I skipped the repeater just to check if I could make a connection from the server where i want the repeater to be located.
And I got it to work with vnc Viewer LISTEN MODE... Missed that part.
Now I will try to get it working with the repeater!

Re: single click helpdesk for users on the internet
Hi again...
Can't get the repeater to work properly... I don't really know if it supposed to work like this. What I would like to do is to make the incoming session that comes up on the server to be "repeated to any pc in the network that want to take remote access of the SC-PC??
I've tried to make this work by running the vnc viewer in listen mode on my pc and then running the repeater on the "repeater server" But that doesn't seem to work.
Could anyone have a look at this please? I know my description is maybe a little bit short!
