You probably mean "multiple viewer screen lock"?
http://italc.sourceforge.net/ has such feature and even more. But I'm back to UltraVnc bacause iTalc crashes for me every lesson.
Idea? Technicaly I'm not expierienced enough to give a solution.
More discipline in the classroom ;)

Would anyone have any suggestions for compiling a "single click" version of a listening viewer? I would like to be able to direct users to a download, and have a single-click install of the listening viewer.

I'm not particularly concerned with killing it when I'm done, nor do I want it to restart on boot. I just want to be able to occassionally make presentations.
