Put VNC server on other computer

Is there a way so that I can put a server with a set password that I make it on a different computer at my other house. I know the IP and I just wanted to know if there was any way to this. Thank you!

yes it is possible need to install the server on the computer you want to control and the viewer on the pc you want to view on.
