I need help. I am trying to see if this is possible with UltraVNC. I have a client that was using ExpertVNC and their box got hosed so I am trying to figure out a solution with UltraVNC.
What they were doing was having one of their customers go to a webpage and download a vnc.exe file and then open it. Then the customers computer would appear on my client's computer. This way they could troubleshoot computers that did not have the vnc software already installed.
So since their computer was hosed is it possible to do a similar setup with UltraVNC? It appears ExpertVNC does use parts of UltraVNC. Thanks for your help!
