Stops responding when I minimize a window

I just purchased a copy of Jaadu for my iPhone. I am using the TightVNC software along with Vista x64. It seemed to be the only VNC software I could get Jaadu to connect to, and is also recommended on the Jaadu website.

Anyways, the issue is that every time I minimize a window from the VNC client on my phone the mouse stops responding completely. The only way to get it working again is by manually maximizing the window from the desktop station itself. Reconnecting through the VNC client does not regain command.

Is there any way to fix this issue so that I CAN minimize and maximize windows remotely without losing control?

here support for ultravnc, not tightvnc and there nothing related to ultravnc in your post.

Umm...ok.

But I saw the forum section description

"This forum is for VNC related products. This means not only UltraVNC. It even is allowed to announce or describe commercial (and of course non-commercial) programs here (but not anywhere else in the forum)."

If there is a Tightvnc forum that exists feel free to tell me because I could not find one.

Furthermore, the problem I am describing is not necessarily specific to TightVNC...it is regarding minimizing windows using a vnc client. Maybe UltraVNC has this issue as well, I dunno.

we can help here if ultravnc is in the middle but is not in your case.

all vnc related product can be related to ultravnc or announce of alternativ vnc software but we won't have time for help third software.

Jaadu can work with ultravnc but you have tightvnc,
so you need help with tightvnc or/and Jaadu

Well thank you for trying to point me in the right direction.

Maybe I can get UltraVNC to work with Jaadu but when I try connecting from my phone it gets stuck on authenticating and then gives up. I have the IP and Port set up correctly. Is there a tutorial somewhere on setting up Jaadu with UltraVNC?

UltraVNC bug in v1.3

The new update (v1.3) has a problem with UltraVNC that we have identified and solved, and submitted as another urgent update to Apple (v1.3.1). Once this update is out (hopefully within a few days), you should be able to access UltraVNC again.

We have also put this information up on the App Store update page to alert users about to update the application.
