problems with plugin

Hi
i tried the first time sc today.

it comes the message: you have forgotten dsmplugin and the server has dsmplugin

i opened my viewer, clicked on config and made a new password. i renamed it in rc4.key and copied it into folder custom.

then i did the zip.

is this right???

i am running the listening server with

c:\programme\ultravnc\vncviewer -listen -dsmplugin MSRC4Plugin.dsm

but the message still is coming...

whats wrong here....

is there a realy easy tutorial...step by step for me??

anyway, at both side (local and remote) require same release of dsmplugin msrc4plugin.dsm 11.8 or 1.2.2.0 but not mix

the thing is:

if xp is the client and win2k ist the viewer in listen mode comes the dsmplugin thing

if win2k ist the client and xp ist the viewer it works.....


is there a win2k problem??
