Status of online creator/forks/vista?

Are there any online creators that are compatible with Vista (disabling Aero I guess is the key), that also work with the .txt formatted files and the icons and logo?

If not, are there plans to update the online creator with Vista support?

There seem to be quite a few downloadable compilers but the ones that support Vista don't seem to handle the SC .txt file I'm accustomed to, and I'm not sure which one I'd use anyhow as there seem to have been several forks. Any consensus?
