What options are there from Mac support?
I'm using a pc running the ultra vnc server...I have been support multiple clients using advantig single click addon for ultravnc, but really would like to know of any options available to support remote assistance to mac users from this windows pc I am on. I doesn't even have to be the same program really just anything that will allow me to take access to a mac remotely from a pc. Is this possible?

Re: What options are there from Mac support?
looks very complicated Do you have any walkthroughs?:| gitso looks nice but I can't seem to find much info on it or documentation on exactly how to set it up. What about logmein can you use that from a pc to control a mac? And are these programs you listed allow me to only view the screen and not take control?
