How come there's an unpatched PCHW version for download and a separate patch? Why isn't the patched version available for direct download?

The main developer of pchelpware is focusing all his attention on Ultravnc at the moment and stopped development of pchelpware for the time being. This is way there is a patched version instead of a rel 1.1..:)

In that case, I'd recommend a 10 minute break in order to fix it :). If it's of any help, I can offer a prepatched package that's available on rapidshare:
