Hi there,
I work in a school and we access staff computers on the network using our own IT department VNC password.
However, we have a situation where a member of the teaching staff would like to control his computer remotely from his laptop. This works great through the existing VNC server on his computer using the IT department password from his laptop. But we would like to give him his own password to access his computer only and not give out our IT department password.
Is it possible to add another password that only the teacher could use, or is there another solution that is better suited to our problem?
Many thanks,
Ross

Is it possible to set 2 passwords on a VNC server?
Re: Is it possible to set 2 passwords on a VNC server?
If you use the MSLogon authentication scheme (http://www.uvnc.com/features/authentica ... l#mslogon1) you can set up multiple accounts for logon.
