Ok i started a computer repair buisness using VNC and how do i set up ultravnc step by step to be able to have my client install the server and to have me connect to it with their external ip.

damn this looks a little complicated but say the client doesnt know how to forward ports can he still use this?

Neither require your client to set up port forwarding. You set it up on your end and send them an executable.

[topic=9663]"Zero Configuration" PcHelpWare_viewer for TESTING ONLY[/topic] will help you try PcHelpWare without port forwarding even on your part. Try that and we can go from there.
