hello.
i'm trying to create a sc uvnc in my company. i have 3 host's to set that are actully the same one -
1. inside the lan - these is very easy and i did it with out any problems.
the 2nd is in far offices that are part of the domain. that was also easy.
but the 3rd thing is for clients outside the lan and the domain.
the problem is i dont know how to configure it with the firewall any idea?

for providing remote support to ur client outside ur lan+domain, there are many ways :
either :
u can forward a port 5901 or 5900 toward your computer's static IP, in ur router. also setup the same port in ur win firewall & in ur other 3rd party firewall. then have ur client do a reverse/outbound connection to that specific port, from client's uvnc/sc srvr into ur vnc viewer's IP address. in both side, when firewall prompts for permission, allow it.
or :
u can setup an online internet repeater server, see the [topic=5890]doc files[/topic] organized by bevtech. then ur client & u both can connect to ur online repeater, without modifying router. in both side, when firewall prompts for permission, allow it. (if ur repeater server is also firewall protected, then u may need to open port forwarding, a range, for example port 5900 - 5908 toward your repeater srvr computer's IP address).
