is nothing related to your support.exe but the computer where where installed unknown software like software compression or anything is different from working computers of SC sucess.

what the difference from working computer xp and not working applications ?
is there any unproperly un/installed software, reboot done ?

yes is possible
or the file support.exe is broken by failure of download
clean, cache and retry or download from another web browser or exchange the file trough usb portable/key storage
