Works fine over a lan.

But over a wan (internet connection)

Its so slow? almost non-responsive

using a direct connection....

any more detail for have better help ?
OS ? xp ?
CPU ? intel ?
type of network connection ? ADSL, CATV, ISDN, modem 56k, router ?
bandwidth upstream of pchelpware_server (remote) ?

example:
ADSL or CATV 2000/100
2000 = downstream (download)
100 = upstream (upload)
UltraVNC 1.0.9.6.1 (built 20110518)
OS Win: xp home + vista business + 7 home
only experienced user, not developer

ADSL via internet and via LAN

pchelpware did work aswell as the ones below:-

Im using SCWIZ to create sc.exe and support.exe this seems to work but on some achine (vista) can be slow.

Also i tried the scchat, but this dose not appear to work at all.

I then tried ultravnc with custom.exe for sc.

to get this to work I run vncviewer as listen to connect - is i run vncviewer straight from the folder

SCWIZ is not pchelpware but only SingleClick aka SC

what related to pchelpware ?
as well you won't answer to some questions could be an issue for pchelpware
