repeater listens to all ports

hi all sorry if its too lame questions but i couldn't find clear info
first and foremost amazing app and community.....
now for my 2 part question.....
why is it when i change the setting in the repeater it ignores the changes ? ( even after a restart ) for example if i uncheck enable dynamic ip it still binds to 5912 .......
also with enable proxy - it should only bind to 443 no ?

i have setup a repeater created the server and viewer apps and it all worked splendidly .
i tried using port 443 ( proxy ) but the viewer still tries to access in the ports configured ( although grayed out) .....
test button is also grayed out .... huh ?
