I want to view a remote PC over the internet

I have
XP home SP2
NAT router (Draytek Vigor 2910 VG)
Wireless connection from my PC to router.
Wireless broadband

The remote machine is the same except for a different router and ADSL 2 B/B.

Is there somewhere that takes me step by step through setting up the two ends to enable a session?

I am looking for something that lays out the basic principles and steps, perhaps with possible troubleshooting as well.
