SC closes upon acceptance

When I click acceptance on the server side the remote comptuer dekstop blinks and closes the single click application. Therefore No connection is established. Anyone got any clues?

vncviewer not listening on port 5500 (helper for person need assistance)
or
another software use the same port of SC aka port 5500 (person need assistance)

Under the Server properties both my main and http are set to 5500. I have tried to change them to different numbers and then also change them in the .exe file but still have the same results. Do you have any suggestions?
