Nothing to do with VNC, I'm afraid.
The announced voice chat won't cover that, either.
Would need a virtual sound card driver on comp2 to capture the sound.
I have done what you want using only free programs (VAC 2.0x demo and SpeakFreely) but it's a hassle to set up.
However, when UVNC will support voice chat, you would only need VAC (Virtual Audio Cable; creates a software sound card with output sent back to input) and UVNC to get the sound through.
The sound quality you would get out of it would also depend on the chosen codec - UVNC would probably be optimized for voice and low bandwidth, not for streaming music.

If you dont mind installing another app on both comps, and as long as they are running win2k or better, then you can do it with a private p2p app called grouper.

I am not affiliated with grouper, just a satisfied user

Now I apologize for being a real nitpicker (though I admit I enjoy nitpicking) but Chat, Music streaming and Sound transport are 3 different things.
Grouper may be just what the original poster really needs, but it does NOT capture/intercept every audio output sent to the sound card from any running program on comp1 and forward those sounds to comp 2 to play them. But perhaps I misunderstood the original Q?
I have used a combination of Virtual Audio Cable and a chat program to obtain sound transport.
Merry christmas
