Hi, how can I improve the speed of the connection?
RealVNC is much quicker, but doesn't have this helpdesk function
That's why I like UltraVNC?
Any ideas?

the cause is not the helpdesk.txt but OS where lunched SC
for faster responsiveness,
you can try tabbed vncviewer based vnc 4 for the viewer part
