Unable to display context menu?

I installed RC19-2.
Everything is OK except context menu display.
ie) when mouse right button is pressed,
mouse pointer be frozen instead of showing context menu.
Why do this?
Is it bug?

I have the same problem v1 RC19

Right mouse click - context menu doesnt appear and the mouse pointer freezes.

If I watch the server PC the context menu doesnt appear on its screen either (it does if I use the local mouse)

To unfreeze the pointer in the viewer I can use chat (open and then close it), "show connection options" button (again open and close)

You can send keys through the viewer (windows start key for example) and the remote PC responds.

This is happening on Win2kServer Win2k Pro servers from an WinXP SP2 client.

Had the same problem from RC18 server and viewer.

try upgrading to RC_19_5..

since you are using the RC19 flavor.. get the most recent version of bugfixes ect and I know that was one that they fixed from RC19_4.

I have upgraded to RC19_5 and I stall have the problem - curiously I just installed the same viewer on another laptop (also XP pro sp2) and it does display the context menu - the only real difference between them is the video card Nvidia GeForce FXgo5200 on the one that doesnt work and Intel 82830M on the one that does.

Could be something to do with NVidia nview utils - time to go investigate

Depending on your video driver, the context is possible handled as a layered bitmap.

Please check if this solves the issue.

After I read above reply, I tried to test rc19-6 & rc19-7.
But, all of them have same symptoms!!!.
Please help me!!!
