Repeater/server/viewer tested on localhost

For real live, replace localhost by the ip_adress of the server
running the repeater.
For localhost test, remember to select allow loopback, server
admin probs.

General rule.
If you have problems with vnc+repeater, always try it first in loopback.
If this work, try with a viewer from another PC
Then, move the server to another PC......
