SC with DSMPlugin prompts for password (and two other quirks

SORRY for the double post.

I'm stumped. I used the DSM Plugin to create an encrypted VNC connection. After I connect I am being prompted for a password. What password is it looking for?

I am running the VNC viewer in listen mode on my PC and running the SC program from the same computer. Without encryption I connect and VNC opens a million windows and I terminate it (easiest way for me to test right now.) When encyrption is on I am prompted with a password box (as if I've connected). I just ignore it and try to logon . . . nothing happens. Then when I right click on SC to close it I get this error message:

Connection Failed: Error reading protocol version.
Possible Causes: You've forgotten to select a DSMPlugin and the server uses a DSMplugin.

Hope this little bit of additional info helps (I've been editing).

Speaking of which - I figured out my logo issue so I removed that part of the post.

Yet another edit - I recompiled using WinRAR. No issue with my icons anymore. Now back to my original issue with the password. Anyone?

cause:
you miss the rc4.key
SC must have rc4.key for success connection with msrc4plugin.dsm

no password should be inquired anyway except if forgot rc4.key and always fail as you was seen.

reverse connection could not authenticate, and authentication matching done with the rc4.key.
