Pease help.. SC on Pocket pc/windows mobile 5/6

Hi,

i have set up sc to work on windows xp computers, it is excellent, but i need a solution like this for mobile devices. this is for remote support to customers over the internet.

does anyone know of anything available on pocket pc or windows mobile that is as simple as single click? it cant be anything complicated as some of the customers have never used a computer before and don't want to know how to use them, nothing more than a few click..

what would also be ok is nothing like sc is available, would be a server for it, which i have found but have not had a chance to try yet, and then a shortcut to that server with the parameters to auto connect to the listening host and the ip/port address.

if someone can give any info it would be much appreciated.

I don't know any solutions for directly connect to PocketPC's from a workstation over the internet.
But I know that you're able to establish a connection to your PC over an USB Cable with your PocketPC device.
That means that you perhaps can make a connection to someone else and his PC and he's running the connection to his Pocket PC Device.

Like:

YOUR PC --> SOMEONE'S PC ( <-- Pocket PC)

This is just a workaround, but i would try it because i don't there exist a real VNC programm for PocketPC --> PC.
