I am having two major issues with PC Helpware:

1. I can't get it to connect. I set up a direct connection, it's listening on port 5500, I have nothing checked under the UPnP section because when I do check automap I get "unable to add mapping" or "unable to delete mapping" errors. When it does try to connect it says that "an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." (P.S. it would be nice if that little window was bigger or had a scroll bar so you can read the error messages in their entirety).

2. I can't figure out how to customize it. I found the customization page, but it assumes a lot for a novice. I first used the UVNC SC software and that was a snap to customize, but as I can't use it for commercial use (or can I?) I switched over to PC Helpware and there is not nearly as much documentation on how to customize. I need a step by step manual detailing which files to change and where they are located, something like the instructions found on this site http://lifehacker.com/software/vnc/geek ... 198532.php

Please help! I am ready to tear my hear out!
