hey there...
after searching for a while, not finding anything suitable (maybe i'm just blind? ), here's my short question:
found out, that it is obviously somehow possible to wakeup a computer, wich is in S3 standby-mode, when trying to connect from the UVNC-viewer.
problem is: HOW does this work? do i need some 3rd-party software/plugin?
WOL is activated in the remote-computer's BIOS, but when trying, i just get a meesage "failed to get server address"
would be great, if someone could provide some howto

Bit late for the original poster, but might be useful to have on record: I wrote a fairly detailed description of how to use Wake on LAN on Wikipedia. This should help. The current version of the article may have been improved; on the other hand maybe someone has replaced it withkindergarten rudery, so my last revision is
