Error when starting more than once vncviewer_ssl.exe

When you start more than once vncviewer_ssl.exe on the same computer you get an error message:

Debug Error!
Program: …\vncviewer_ssl.exe
Abnormal program termination
(Press Retry to debug the application)
Or:

Runtime Error!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. 
Please contact the application’s support team for more information.
Someone any idea how to solve this?
