How to use PCHW - Ask for a small workaround

Post by vosssylt »

Hello Community,

at the moment I use the Ultravnc SC tool for remote controll of customers computers. But I'd like to change to PCHW

The situation

Multiple supporter behind a router but in the same LAN ---- want to support different customers coming from "the internet" by a PCHW-server.exe. The supporter should be able to connect to customer X by an ID eg 1234 and an other supporter should connect to the server Y by ID 4321

I'd like to get rid of the "first" screen where the user have to decide the host connection and direct start with the ID Question - A Passwort should be given during the creation of the server.exe file but after it not more needed.

My questions
1 -> Can PCHW do it like I want
2 -> Can I create a viewer.exe file with the chosen profile where the supporter just can chance the ID

Thank you
YY

The new PCHW server (the server created with the viewer) have this feature.
As the picture show, the client will need to input the ID (e.g.: 1234) at Login field, and then click "CONNECT".
This assumes you have saved the password inside this PCHW_Server.exe (you are allowed to do so when creating the server).

For my knowledge this feature is not available, or unless you use some automation tool to create a script.
