and i cant' re-install winvnc because i forget de password of administrador..

-Make sure that VNC server is running.
-If VNC tray icon is shown in the system tray, right-click it and choose "Admin Properties."
-If not, then execute this command in the same directory that winvnc.exe is located.
-You'll see the admin property window now.
-Change the password.
-This time you better don't forget it
