Easy remote control working on Linux/Mac os X/Windows

Post by drazel »

Hi !

I'd like to tell you about our new online service, using UltraVNC to enable remote control of a computer or screen sharing without leaving the browser.

This service is called WizHelp and is entirely free.
According to us, its potential comes from its could-not-be-more-easy system.
  • Only 1 click is needed to ask someone for a screen sharing or to control his computer.
  • No setup or configuration needed. (no downloading or port opening either)
This service currently works under :
  • Windows (2000 to Vista)
  • Mac Os X
  • Linux (only Ubuntu versions have been tested so far)

For Facebook users, we managed to adapt our service to fit into a Facebook application. It is called Wiz My Screen and enables screen sharing (and remote control) direcly from Facebook with the same simplicity.

If you'd like to test our service but no one around you is available, feel free to use our demo, allowing you to connect to one of our servers, running Linux Ubuntu. You also could contact an admin who will be pleased to let you test the service with him. (From Facebook, you can directly see if admins are online)
