Confused between 'mirror driver' and 'video driver'

Pasted below this is how I install UltraVNC on each machine I want to use remotely. I'm confused at what the difference is between selecting 'UltraVNC mirror driver' in the UltraVNC setup options and installing 'Ultr@VNC 1.0.2 Video Driver Setup', the web site doesn't seem to explain and it seems over cumbersome to be installing both.

This is my installation procedure for each machine I want to use remotely:

1.0 Install 'Ultr@VNC 1.0.2 Setup'.

2.0 Make the following choices for parts to install:

2.1 UltraVNC server - yes
2.1.1 UltraVNC mirror driver - yes

2.2 UltraVNC Viewer - no
2.3 DSM Encryption Plugin - no
2.4 UltraVNC Repeater - no

3.0 Choose only the following options during installation (deselect the other options):

3.1 Register UltraVNC Server as a system service
3.2 Start or restart UltraVNC service

4.0 Install the corresponding 'Ultr@VNC 1.0.2 Video Driver Setup (Silent)'

mirror driver == video driver ( just a different name)

The driver is a "video mirror driver"....

Why don't they give it the same name in both places, to save the chance of confusing people?
Why have a separate download for just that one part of UltraVNC?

is not open source and somebody can't download driver from the installer.
