SC offline creator ?

Hi

I think I have to explain the situation so that you understand my problem :
I'm using a repeater under linux so that hotliners can get access to the customer computer.

I would like that EACH hotliner has its own viewer, with its own "id", so that no ones goes to another customer screen. So, I will need to make a lot of SC (so that each hotliner sends it to its customer), and a lot of viewers : now the question :
- is it possible to create the SC offline ?

it looks good, but it's not GPL...

This is no "religion" (of license) question, but for a software that will take the hand at the customer's, I'm not very confortable with this... I would prefer to make sure nothing "strange" is included in the package...

Any other idea ?
