the most usefull utility is an filetransfert with resume if the client disconnect. In my work, i use all the time ultravnc but with some cleint with 56k connexion (and some times unstable) and then this fonction is important.

File Transfer Delta/Resume is already in RC19_Test binaries.
It will be in the upcoming RC19

It crash when i transfere large files from network using the fil transfere.

The option tio creat directories and rename file is an great idea
