Request - Viewer - Commadline options

Hi all,

For my first request, I have the following:
- Allow cmdline options that will start a chat session to open on first connection
- Allow cmdline options that will start a file-xfer session to open on first connection

Naturally, this would need to apply to both listening mode and direct connections.

Would also like to see this in the JavaViewer?
