Well I have been trying to get this fixed for the whole day today and I keep getting links to forums with out dated posts that aren't answering anything... 90% of the links are to stuff that is no longer online.
SO, does the online compiler work even? What exaclty is the status of the project?
This sc.exe sounds good, but I made one and it never would connect to my vnc viewer, no matter who I sent the file to.
It would be nice if someone can post a DETAILED step by step tutorial or a WORKING LINK TO SOMETHING where you can get this to work.
I'm sure once I figured it out it would rock, but in the meam time, I'll be willing to pay anyone $100.00 in paypal if you could help me get setup, currently we are looking to pay gotoassist $250.00/month for the samething.
Please no links, if you could use some extra cash and have done this please let me know, ALSO I'm not intersted in a third party app that has their branding all over the SC.

Finnaly GOT IT TO WORK 
To the people saying use 2 colons instead of 1: NO, use only 1 colon for the ip address.
