Only a blank black screen shown for one User

Good afternoon,

I am a very delighted user of Ultr@vnc, but do have one question.

The 'target PC has two users set up (UserA and UserB both Admin users. If the PC is left with UserA as the active user then UVNC works perfectly, however is UserB is active, while UVNC connects and requests the UVNC server password, I never see anything but a blank black screen. The mouse cursor moves, but nothing else is visible. File transfer works ok.

To solve the problem I call the users and request that they revert back to UserA, then I reconnect.

Is there something I am missing in the setup procedure?

I install UVNC under UserA, but the system tray shows the icon under both UsersA and UserB.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with fast user switching. This was an issue with 1.02, should be fixed in the latest RC.

Just to say thanks and advise that the latest release (RC6 fixed all my problems.
I appreciated the help. Its a great product/tool.
