Connection dialog displayed... and then closes itself

Hello

I'm using SC to have customers connect out to the viewer. It worked fine so far, but I'm having an issue today with a customer: After she launches SC, I can see the connection dialog pop up on my support host, the remote window is displayed in black... and then closes itself before I get to see her screen.

Any idea what is causing this?

FWIW, I created a new EXE and tried it on the LAN between two hosts, and I get the same error. I'm using the Viewer 1.0.2.

I suspect a broken version of SC making it incompatible with viewer 1.02.

Don't know, but I wish they had ran regression tests before updating the SC compiler. I need to generate a new SC server for customers this week.
