ID 5675225 not working, but others do.

Post by Cortexwayne »

Here is a sample of my helpdesk, I've made a replace for my Ip so it's sure it's the same one. I don't know why, Every support works but not 5675225... They both log on my repeater, I see them both on my repeater log with the same Id 5675225 but the session never start and the server side always show waiting for connection. Even after the client shutdown, the server side keep waiting.

I've tested that on multiple computer on both end and it's the same. No Ip filtered on the repeater (it works with other ID). Weird... Can the helpdesk somehow not accept 5675225 as a valid ID? Is it reserved for some reason?

Test and see if that port is working from other computers because there is no reason why only one ID is not working. Extremely odd?

I found the picture you posted is the capture of a UVNC repeater.
Are you talking the issue happened on UVNC/SC?

I test on my LAN with the said ID (vncviewer + repeater + vncserver reverse mode), it works w/o any problem.
