SC and dual monitor setup?

Post by BasBahlmann »

Hi,

I am using Ultr@VNC SingleClick for remote support in our company and for remote support through the internet. It´s an awesome program and very helpful!
However, in our company we have recently introduced a dual monitor setup and SingleClick is (unfortunately) only showing the primary monitor screen. Is this feature (support for multiple monitors) on the roadmap for UltraVNC SC or does somebody know a solution?

Thanks in advance,

I'm reviving this thread because I also ran into this situation. It isn't too common for me but when it happens, it kinda sucks.

Is there any way to get this to work?

try installing the full UVNC v1.0.4RC5 on the pc that you are connecting to and then use the singleclick it seems to work for me in getting the full dualscreen view working...

That's a good idea but the reason I use SC is so that my clients don't have to install anything and nothing is left when I close.

yes but the install of vnc just dont put icons on desktop or start menu and dont make it run as a service and there is really not a whole lot left :-)

I believe (maybe wrongly - never tried this) that it may be the mirror driver that is the reason for getting the dual monitors working
