Problem w/SC: No VNC Server Selected

Okay I've given up doing research and am now taking the easy route (asking you guys ;)

I have uploaded the "custom.zip" file to the website and have downloaded the custom.exe file. Now the problem is that after I execute the file and launch the program I am greeted by a screen that says "LOGO Help Desk" on the right. To the left of that is a white "box" where according to my research I should be able to select a VNC server. To my dismay that box is empty with nothing for me to select.
I have setup the VNC viewer on my pc (in listen mode) and It looks like everything is okay on that side. I have also made the proper modifications to the router as well (port forwarding).
If it helps below is the helpdesk file that I include when I upload the custom.zip file. Thanks for your help.
