SC works great for us with XP, but with Vista its recommended to drop clients colours from 32 to 16 to speed up. Quick questions;-
What is the video driver setup for. Is it mainly for refresh speed?
Is it installed instead of, or in addition to normal 1.0.2 setup on support machine?
Why a silent version?
If installed, will my existing remote ".exe" still work, or would rebuilding of files be needed?

yes and less busy cpu for more responsive at server side.
silent install intented for unattend install for enterprise on multi computer without manual setup on every computer.
