Hi everybody
The situation is:
We provide Remote support to different clients and there is about 10 of us that need to do this. We are all on the same network behind a firewall and at times we all need to be able to connect to clients. What is the best way to do this?
TIA

SC + Remote Support + Multiple Technicans
Re: SC + Remote Support + Multiple Technicans
Hi Matty
I see you had no joy following another posting previously. Piece -of-cake after weeks of hair pulling. We have a similar setup to yours and SC works for 95% of customers, whereas PCHelpware has been locked to 5500 defeating its purpose for multi users.
All you need is to open up ports (TCP)5500-5520 on router (in & out), assign static IP's to support pc's and port forward to the relevant pc.
Send me a pm with some details and i can start mailing instructions\files that you require.
