SC don't work with encryption

Hello,
I hope I don't ask the same question again, but i've found no Solution for my problem.
I've installed UVNC-Viewer and MSRC4Plugin_NoReg.dsm in the same directory, create rc4.key, ist found by the viewer and all seems to be OK.
For a test I start the vnc viewer without encryption:
vncviewer.exe -listen
an then
1. "C:\...\winvnc_SCII_RC23.exe" -connect localhost
-> OK, a loopback started
2. "C:\...\winvnc_SCII_RC23.exe" -plugin -connect localhost
-> OK, a loopback started

When I start the viewer with encryption:
C:\..\vncviewer.exe -listen -dsmplugin MSRC4Plugin_NoReg.dsm
and then
2. "C:\...\winvnc_SCII_RC23.exe" -plugin -connect localhost
-> NOK, the Icon of SC appears in the Taskbar and in the viewers folder a "MSRC4Plugin_NoReg-tmp.d1" is created, but no popup window with the connection request appears.

The same problem, when i tried to to that in the "Debug-Mode" with the helpdesk.txt an the entrys:

[HOST]
Internet support
-connect localhost:5500

[HOST]
Internet support encryption
-plugin -connect localhost:5500

What is wrong with my configuration?

I too am having the same problem, only on one workstation. It has Avast anti-virus installed. But I tried disable it and open firewall. Tried several different versions of the _noreg plugin to to avail. I did not try uninstalling avast. Are you running avast on this system. I have 9 other systems and it works flawlessly on those other systems.

I used the same procedure, but can't use encryption !

I am also having a simiolar problem. Even though SC works great on about 8 support pc's it is not working on the latest two. Everything tried but just brings a plugin error on support when connection is terminated from remote pc. Symantec AV running throughout. Any help?

Stupid typing error in the helpdesk file. All fine now!
