Can SC EXE be force to self-destruct?

Post by soft4you »

Hi,

I have success in creating a SC EXE, mail it to a friend, and make her connect it to my RealVNC client in listening mode.

But can the friends use the SC to connect to me anytime they want? (I have to keep the listener open at all time for other reasons). Is there some way to control the connection, say by giving the friend some code before the connection, or make the SC stop working after some time, say one day, and that includes all copies that they might make from it?

Should I be concerned when using the Online Creator if I am using RC23 or Rel 1.00? I seem to be lost on the differences between these 2 products. I do direst connection, not relayed.
