Problems with ID and SC

Post by awpross »

I tried to bring the connection to a repeater online with SC and ID.

I found some bugs:

- ID does not work if i use a host name. It only works with IP. (Rel 1.00 and RC23) (It took 1/2 hour to find out)

- The parameter [ENTERCODE] as described here: http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/helpdesk/index.html only works with Rel 1.0.0. If I use the Rel1.0 based online Creation Tool (http://www.uvnc.com/pchelpware/creator/index.html)... it isnt't working too. It only works with the downloaded Rel1.0.0

- I tried several ID's.. If the ID is < 100... VNC viewer and server are connecting to ID + 5900... for example:I used ID 8... VNC connects to 5908. If I use 10 digits.. it connects to a total different port... So i think only 3 to 9 digits are supported.
