Hi, I'm a newbie here. I have the SC modified and is running fine, but sometimes when a customer starts the SC program the helpdesk.txt will appear in the screen. Not always.How can this happen and what can I do to solve this?

Hi, thanks for your response. But my viewer was listening. Is that maybe a problem of the long distance over the internet and maybe a bad connection?redge wrote:this happen when customer started before vncviewer ready.

2nd possibility is, if you use a dynamic dns service, the registration of dynamic dns is not up to date.
