SINGECLICK pre-test II

Post by Rudi De Vos »

UltraVncSC.exe

Server installer
winvnc+hookdll+dsmplugin+key..all in 257k
The server connect to Localhost (testing)...

UltraVncSC_viewer_ecr.zip
dsmplugin + key
For encryption testing it has to be in the same directory as the viewer

Not a lot functional because the buildin localhost connection,
but the pupose is only to demonstrate how it will work.

The creator will auto create the UltraVncSC.exe based on ip
adresses and option you pass and allow to custom the logo.

I think it would be handy to have an option on the systray menu for uninstall. Something more sophisticated, might be to have a viewer command that tells the server to uninstall too.

+Run in application mode
+All files are removed after run, no traces (even in registry)
Just quit application and auto cleanup.

On each connection you need to download the exe.

Current size 211k, with small icons/logo

The server file is bat generated allowing
rc4.key/logo.bmp/icon1.ico,icon2.ico/outgoing connection-list
being customized on the fly :)

Does this version support all of the Windows OS?
Plus how to you hard code what ip address and port you what it to connect? How do you change the logo? Why does it ask which helpdesk you want to connect to at the end of the install?

OS? All, distribution is done by web. Only hookdll, so all OS should be supported. Only encryption plugin can be a problem,
128bit is not supported on all platforms.

helpdesk? Your company has 4 helpdesk members, on startup
the user can select to correct member, by selecting the helpdesk members name, connection is made to his PC

Placed custom.zip in upload area.
Looking at the files i should be easy to see how customization is done.
If no logo, icon: default is used (custom logo need to have to same dimensions)
if no key, encryption is not possible
Default size is 210k, custom.zip size will be added to exe

Need to test my semi-auto creator....
The first 5 who mail me a Custom.zip will be answered by a
Custom UltraVncSC.exe.
Need to keep myself buzy until new java stuff is finished :)

helpdesk.txt (sample)
--------------
Helpdesk 1(encryp) -plugin -connect localhost:5500 -noregistry
Helpdesk 2 -connect localhost:5500 -noregistry
Helpdesk 3(recon) -autoreconnect -connect localhost:5500 -noregistry
------------------
First 19 chars (Visable in selector)
command line start at possition 20
(new) -plugin --> use encryption

Rudi:
I e-mail you the custom.zip at your sourceforge e-mail. I hope being among the first 5 ! :)

EDIT
Uups ! Sourceforge returned the mail: "For the time being, we are blocking all mail with the .zip extension"

Rudi:

I tested the UltraVncSC.exe you send me. Works like a charm ! ... and in only 200 kb ...
I get a quick and encrypted reverse connection with a single click ! (to be honest, with a double-click  )

Beautifull job !!! :D

Some feedback: the -autoreconnect parameter is not working, at least for me ...
