how to create a server accesible from everywhere

Post by kuzotare »

Hi
i'm tryng pchelpware
i successfully configured my viewer and server for office use, with noip and forwarding port 5500 on my router.

I tried using the repeater indicated on this page http:\\repeaters.ultravnc.info

but when i star the viewer it send me a msg network connection closed or error.

i want to create a server that i can send to every kind o f users and that i can view from any workstation, not depending from office line with nat and forwarded port.

is the public repeater the right solution for my problem?

bye

yes, public repeater is the right solution for you if:
- you accept failure of repeater (down or fail)
- low and lag speed (if you are outside of USA)

for professional
you need to host your own repeater or try another solution professional oriented remote control/support+relay
